  1. This badge is valid for India Ports & Logistics Conference 2026 on 5-6 May 2026 in Mumbai only.
  2. Complementary admission is extended to leaders from ports, terminal operators, maritime boards, government organisations, shipping companies, logistics companies and industry associations. For other sectors, a nominal fee applies.
  3. Carry the E – badge (received through email or WhatsApp) and present the same at the conference reception. No entry in the conference will be granted in the absence of valid E – badge.
  4. This badge is for personal use only and is not transferable.
  5. Individuals below 18 years of age and infants in arms are strictly not allowed inside the conference venue.
  6. Mandatorily carry with them anyone (01) of the Government issued photo identity card such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport etc.("Identity Card”). Passport is to be mandatorily provided by the foreign nationals. The mentioned Identity Card is to be presented at the request of the Organisers or by any of its assigned staff.
  7. The rights of admission are reserved with the organizers
  8. The organizers reserve the right to frisk the badge holders at the entrance and conference venue for security reasons. Your co-operation is solicited.
  9. The badge must be worn and displayed prominently at all times during your stay at the conference venue.
  10. Entry restricted for attendees wearing shorts, Baniyan & Slippers.
  11. Avoid spitting anywhere while inside the conference venue. A fine of INR 1,000/- will be payable, including other disciplinary action at the organizers sole discretion will be taken for failure to follow the rule.
  12. Cameras, bottles, cans or tins are not allowed inside the conference venue.
  13. Photography & videography is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.
  14. Food & Beverages are not permitted to be taken in the conference hall.
  15. The organizers do not take the responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. Any theft /loss of the same will not be entertained by the organisers under any circumstances
  16. The consumption of banned substances (cigarettes, chewing tobacco, electric cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside the conference venue.
  17. Follow all applicable guidelines as are printed on the backside of the delegate badge or sponsor’s booking form including visitor’s terms and conditions as are provided under Informa’s official website - www.informamarkets.com, as amended from time to time.
  18. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
  19. While visiting the Exhibition, the delegates are requested to comply with all COVID -19 related guidelines, issued by the Central & State Government authorities, as amended from time to time.
